Lake and Shore Campground

In addition to all the amenities located at the far end of the park, there was a playground a few sites down from our cabin, as well as a baseball diamond. It was nice to have some of the recreations so close to our cabin. With that being said, it was an easy walk to the lake and pool and an even easier bike/scooter ride. There was also ample parking should you choose to drive.

The large pool overlooks the beach and lake. It is heated, which was especially nice on the cloudy, cooler day we had. There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, as well as a covered pavilion with some tables and chairs. The far end of the pool deck has a plexiglass fence allowing you to view the beach and lake from the pool. I thought this was a nice touch and gave a resort feel.

Lake George Escape: Cabin Review

We have always enjoyed these cabins, but I think this was the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in, not just at this campground, but across all Thousand Trails properties we have stayed. The linens and towels were in excellent condition and every corner of the cabin was immaculate. We appreciate the extra work their cleaning crew puts in.

Experience Family Camping at Circle M Campground in Lancaster Pennsylvania

This was our second stay at Circle M Campground, located in the heart of Amish country, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We have used our Thousand Trails Cabin Pass for both visits. While we had some housekeeping/maintenance issues with this most recent cabin stay, we love the property and plan to return in the fall. We love this campground partly because we enjoy exploring the surrounding area, but also because they offer so many amenities that we don’t feel like we need to leave if we don’t want to.

Circle M Cabin Review

Despite the issues mentioned above, this is a perfectly acceptable cabin located in a wonderful campground. I will link my campground review here once it is posted. I would absolutely return to Circle M and plan to do so in the fall. I will likely book a model similar to our first cabin for our next stay, as we really enjoyed that one.
