Pre-K FREE Passes 2023

‘Tis the season for the Pre-K free pass for many amusement parks throughout the US. If you have a little one between 3 and 5 years old, it’s time to register your littles. We are and have been season pass holders at a variety of parks from Walt Disney World to Six Flags, through the years. While the cost can seem high, we have yet to find a season pass that was not worth it. Now that we have kids in tow, we appreciate saving money wherever we can. Three major entertainment companies, Seaworld Entertainment, Cedar Fair and Herschend Enterprises, offer free season passes for many of their properties. If you live near one of these parks, or plan to visit this year, check their website for eligibility and activation requirements. Some have already reached their quota for the year, so it’s important to register as soon as possible,
Seaworld Entertainment Parks
Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA: Register and visit by 5/31/23 to activate. Valid through 10/31/23
Seaworld Orlanda and Aquatica: FL Residents only. Must visit by 2/3/23 to activate
Busch Gardens Tampa and Adventure Island: FL Residents only. Register by 2/26/23 and activate by 3/13/23
Seaworld San Antonio: TX Residents only. Register by 3/31/23. Aquatica can be added for $35
Seaworld San Diego: As of 1/13/23 passes are no longer available. If you have already registered, your pass needs to be activated in person by 4/9/23
Cedar Fair Parks
Note: Not all Cedar Fair parks offer a Pre-K pass. The ones that do now require that a parent purchase a season pass in order to qualify for the Pre-K Pass. Limit of 2 Pre-K Passes per adult season pass. Check each parks website for specific requirements.
Great America: Register and activate by 8/1/23
Dorney Park: Register and activate by 8/1/23
Carowinds: Register and activate by 8/1/23
Cedar Point: Register and activate by 8/1/23
Kings Dominion and Soak City: Register and activate by 8/1/23
Valleyfair: Register and activate by 8/1/23
Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun: Register and activate by 8/1/23
Herschend Enterprises
Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country: Child must be born in 2018 or 2019 to qualify for the 2023 season.
Adventure Aquarium: No longer available. They generally release this promotion at the end of the summer/beginning of the school year with a requirement to activate the pass somewhere between 10/1 and 10/31. Check their website in August 2023 for the 2023/2024 season.
Silver Dollar City and White Water: Child must be born in 2018 or 2019 to qualify for the 2023 season. Register by 3/3/23
Wild Adventures and Splash Island Waterpark: Child must be 3-5 years old at the time of registration. Register online and activate in person.
Kentucky Kingdom and Hurricane Bay: Child must be 3-5 years old at the time of registration. Register online and activate in person.
